General Policies for Temple Shuttles:

  1. Pet Policy:

    • Service animals providing assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome aboard Temple Shuttles. Please inform us in advance to make appropriate seating arrangements.

    • Non-service animals are allowed if they can comfortably fit in a lap-sized pet carrier without encroaching on neighboring seats.

    • All animals must be well-behaved, trained, and under the owner's control at all times. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations for scheduled shuttle services from Canmore to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time may not be eligible for a refund, depending on availability and specific circumstances.

    • No-shows or failure to cancel a reservation will result in no refund.

  3. Seat Belt Policy:

    • Passenger safety is paramount at Temple Shuttles.

    • Children must be secured in appropriate child safety seats or boosters as required by law.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Upon approval of a refund, funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed promptly.

    • Please allow 10-15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

    • Refund requests that do not comply with our terms and conditions or applicable refund policies may be denied.

  5. Minimum Passenger Requirements:

    • Temple Shuttles requires a minimum number of passengers (6) to operate scheduled shuttle services.

    • If the minimum passenger requirement is not met for a particular ride, Temple Shuttles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service.

    • In such cases, affected passengers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for their booking.

Passengers are expected to adhere to these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience with Temple Shuttles. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
